<p>The tooling system is used for punching holes into hollow profiles, the die being fitted into the hollow profile. The hollow profiles with punches holes may be used for camping equipment, metal furniture, for making shelves or metal railings. The die consists at least of two parts. Its dimensions can be varied in the direction of action of the punch. The two die parts hve inclined planes on their adjacent faces. The die parts are held in by a tube which is arranged coaxially with the part to be punched and able to slide in longitudinal direction.</p> |
