<p>Labelling equipment for bottles includes a conveying equipment for delivering the bottles and a safety arrangement for locating a label removing device when there is a gap between the delivered bottles. The labels removed from a magazine are provided on one surface with an adhesive coating which is applied by a coating roller. The thickness of the coating is regulated by a ledge which is adjustable relatively to the coating roller. The coating regulating ledge is provided with a positioning motor for moving it between normal working and non-working positions, near the coating roller.</p> |
