<p>The protective material i.e. mudguard is used as a guard over the wheels of a bicycle or moped and is produced from two layers of plastic (4) and embedded between the layers are layers (6, 7, 8) of aluminium metal foil. Also embedded in the side sections are a number of lacquer insulated copper wires (11, 12, 13, 14) that are used for carrying electrical supplies to such as lighting units. Connections to the wires are made with the aid of a contact element that clips into a formed hole (19).</p> |
