The arrangement is uses either the mains or batteries for driving and for illuminations. The air is cleaned by filters and humidified. This arrangement clear, disagreeable tobacco fume. It can also be used as a faint night light and inserts are destroyed by an inserted cartridge. The arrangement has push button switch for operating various functions.
