<p>New Rabies virus No. 675, deposited in Prague as no. CNCTC AO 4/77, together with its mutants and variants. A live or inactivated rabies virus for oral or intestinal adminstration is prepd. from virus No. 675. Prevention and control of rabies in man and animals is obtd. - In an example, virus no. 675 was grown in which embryo cells, in a medium contg. albumin from the species due to be treated. The cultured cells were frozen at -70 degrees C thawed and cell debris was removed. The filtrate was used for vaccine prepn.</p> |
