PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for heating a solid surface capable of efficiently and evenly heating a body having its solid surface such as a seat and capable of easy manufacture and mounting work thereof. SOLUTION: A heater 20 for heating a solid surface is mounted on the back face of a heated body (seat face of a seat) and heats the body. This heater is provided with a synthetic resin molding seat 21 and heating seats 31, 31 comprising forming at least one desired resistance pattern on the synthetic resin seat, is integrated by bonding the heating seats 31, 31 and the molding seat 21, and the whole shape thereof is curved or bent almost in the same shape as the shape of the back face of said heated body.
