PURPOSE:To apply the circuit to a high frequency high quality television receiver or a display device by employing a gate bipolar transistor(TR) with an excellent frequency characteristic for a device for switching in a horizontal deflection circuit and compensating the defective ON-characteristic while giving a current to a circulation circuit in advance provided between the collector and the emitter of the TR. CONSTITUTION:An insulation gate TR 61 is used for a switching device 6 of a horizontal deflection circuit and a circulation circuit 7 is provided between the collector and the emitter of the TR 61, and the circulation circuit 7 consists of a power supply 71, a resistor 72 and a reverse flow prevention diode 73. A minute circulation current flows to the TR 61 of the device 6 while a damper diode 4 is turned on for a consecutive operating period with a control signal S from the control section 6a. When the consecutive operation of the diode 4 is finished, the TR 61 rises from the minute conductive state to the state of the circuit current of the main circuit at the rising of the current of the main circuit. Then the defect of the ON-characteristic of the TR 61 is compensated. |
