PURPOSE:To increase injection speed of a liquid resin to improve the efficiency of production by injecting in advance the liquid resin into the cavity part of a case and making a substrate settle in the liquid resin in a state that a deadweight magnet attracts the substrate, thereby causing the liquid resin to set. CONSTITUTION:The adequate amount of a liquid resin 6 is injected into the cavity part 2b of a case 2 through an injector 11. Then a deadweight magnet 12 attracts a substrate 4 on which LEDs 3 are mounted from the sides of the LEDs 3. Once the substrate 4 is inserted into the case 1 in such a state, the substrate 4 settles in the liquid 6 because of the weight of the magnet 12. In such a case, the positioning part 12a of the magnet 12 allows the substrate 4 to be set at the prescribed position in the case 2. If the resin 6 sets in such a state, a unified LED lamp 1 is obtained. This manufacturing method eliminates the need for making the nozzle of the injector 11 thin and makes it possible to inject the resin 6 rapidly. |
