PURPOSE:To mold a different hardness seat pad having the holdability at the time of seating and generating no feeling of physical disorder by molding the side pad parts of the seat pad from a composite of hard urethane foam and soft urethane foam. CONSTITUTION:The left and right side lower molds 23B of a lower mold 23 are developed through hinges 27 to be held in such a state that the molding surfaces 26b thereof are turned upwardly. A hard urethane foaming agent 10 is injected in the recessed molding surfaces 26b by nozzles 29 to be foamed and cured naturally. The foamed hard urethane foam Wb is held as it is and the side lower molds 23B are registered with a central lower mold 23A through the hinges 27 and a predetermined amount of a soft urethane foaming agent 11 is injected to a main seat molding surface 25 by the nozzle 29. In this state, an upper mold 22 is registered with the lower mold 23 and the soft urethane agent 11 is foamed and cured to integrally mold soft urethane foam Wa and the hard urethane foam Wb. |
