The vending display or storage system deploys tubular compartments (1) which cantilever axially from a vertical surface (5) e.g. a wall. Each individual tube (1) is of hollow circular section, has one end closed, is bonded to the wall (5) by the closed end, and receives a drawer (2) of semi-circular section. The system is particularly for use in storing homeo-pathetic tubes (4) and tubular compartments (1) are mounted in a series of adjacent columns or in staggered formations. The drawers (2) have closed ends and be subdivided lengthwise by transverse partitions. The compartment tubes (1) may be of translucent or opaque material and may be illuminated from below or from the sides. In addn. the compartment tubes (2) are slightly conical and may take other sectional forms e.g. hexagonal.
