The prefabricated building sections are assembled by means of a plate which is preferably metal. One surface of the plate has a number of threaded rods and at least one non-threaded rod fixed to it. The plate forms part of a structural section. The two opposite facing plates are joined by means of stretcher sleeves joining the corresponding threaded rods, and by sliding sleeves joining the non-threaded rods. The non-threaded rods provide a guide during the setting up of the elements.
