PURPOSE: To better requirements to be imposed on the sanitation of a manufacturing machine for manufacturing liquid food packs in a food industry or the like by fixing a plasticizing cylinder and a nozzle on a machine base and driving an extrusion worm under control by the actuation of an electric motor and a control pressure device. CONSTITUTION: A particulate material 15 is supplied from a filling part 16, then an electric motor 20 is actuated to rotate an extrusion worm 11 until a space 14 for filling in a plasticizing cylinder 13 is sufficiently filled with the particulate material 15. When the particulate material 15 is thermally melted in the space 14 to be ready in such a state that the material 15 can be injected into a mold cavity, a valve for a second fluid inflow hole part 39 is opened to circulate air, and a piston 34 is actuated downward in a pressure pneumatic cylinder 32 to pull up the pressure pneumatic cylinder 32 in an arrow 42 direction together with a support member 31 and the free end part 30 of a first arm 27. Consequently, the face 29 of a second arm 28 is directed toward the end part of a gear of the extrusion worm 11 to perform a downward motion, and the tip part 12 of the worm 11 is directed toward a nozzle 4 to thrust downward so that a high injection molding pressure is applied. |
