<p>The system controls the heating of a building by water central heating in sections. Heat balance is achieved for the least-favoured area, and the outlet temperature of the water towards the radiators is varied as a function of this balance. The amount of heat delivered to the most-favoured areas is then corrected by setting the water flow to the radiators there to "full" or "zero", delayed or not, as a function of the heat balance in these areas. There can be a regulator (4) for the heat balance of the least-favoured area, e.g. that facing north, and controlling a metering valve. A second regulator (15) controls a three-way valve (14) which works at "full" or "zero" settings, serving the most-favoured area.</p> |
