<p>Low cost, maximum safety, arrangements for rear passengers in a saloon car with four doors with the usual front (2) and rear (3) seats. The rear seat (3) is movable, and can be made to face the rear (4). The result is that rear passengers are protected from sudden frontal shock without using safety belts. It is particularly useful for protecting children, other than by using special childrens's safety seats and fixings. The moving of the rear seat is simple. The lack of belts helps evacuation of the car in case of accident.</p> |
