发明名称 Laminated cheese pack films having layers of differing permeability - specifically inverted permeability levels for moisture and oxygen
摘要 <p>A composite wrapper of waxed paper and laminated platic films for enclosing soft cheeses in a pack has a moisture permeable of 50 g./m2. d. and permeabilities for O2 and CO2 of about 350 and 500 cm3/m2.d. respectively. A pref. laminate involved polyamide film 8 mu m.thick bonded to low density polyethylene film 16 mu m. thick by an ionomer interlayer about 3 mu m. thick. One layer of the composite is more permeable to moisture but less permeable to O2 than the other layer. Different cheeses are found to require packs having different permeability rates to moisture, O2, CO2 nd NH3 for optimum storage conditions with respect to maintaining good crust, mould and odour properties. The relative thicknesses of the films of inverted selective permeability characteristics allow the pack characteristics to be adjusted to suit storage of different cheeses.</p>
