PURPOSE:To form a P type diffusion layer in the form of a comb, form a N type diffusion layer which meshes the teeth of such a comb and deposite onto both diffusion layers of P and N types aluminum electrodes having a windth of several mum in the form of a comb, whereby the conversion efficiency is improved. |
