The multiway valve is used for simultaneous or successive manual control, temp. regulation, monitoring of overheating, ignition and extinguishing in gas fired heating plants. The multiplicity of functions are covered by relatively simple units. The valve has only two separate units. A control unit (2) and an adjusting unit (1) are fastened together. All movement displacements of the actuating unit (2) are transmitted by a single transmission pin (3) to the adjusting unit (1). The adjusting unit (1) has sealed housing which accommodates a single closure mechanism for controlling several floor directions of the fuel gas.
