In order to enable the implementation of less high-voltage resistant and therefore broader-band components in the arrangement, an air-core, low-capacitance inductor (L) is inserted between the outer and inner conductors of the coaxial cable. Compared with the impedance of the coaxial cable, the impedance of this inductor (L) is high for the data transmission band and low for the frequency of the high-voltage installation. <IMAGE>
