<p>Sound instrument to be set in motion, e.g. rattle or bell, comprises a hollow body (1) which has at least one sound hole (112), and which contains at least one freely movable sound generator (2) of larger dia. than the hole. The inner surface (11) of the hollow body has cup-shaped curved surfaces (111) which prevent the ball-shaped sound generator from moving onto the base (11). The curved surfaces are pref. distributed evenly over the hollow body, as are also the sound holes, and end in the sound holes. The curved surfaces prevent the sound from the being distorted, increase the resonance mass, and produce a more rapid series of sounds.</p> |
