PURPOSE:To obtain a preferable damping effect by making the damping material in the title mainly of a rubber material whose hysteresis ratio (hso) is 0.30 or more when the rubber material is stretched out and deformed by 50% at 25 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:The cross-linking agents each of which is 1-70 weight % of their minimum combination quantities to be combined in various kinds of rubber materials are combined together. The hysteresis ratio (hso) of a fine cross-linking rubber consisting of a damping material is 0.3 or more when the rubber is stretched out and deformed by 50% at 25 deg.C. The preferable hysteresis ratio is 0.35 or more. The hysteresis ratio of 0.40 or more is further preferable for physical properties. The temperature dependancy, speed dependancy and the like of the hysteresis loss characteristics can be selected according to the characteristics of each rubber material. |
