<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dedoriizng and deterging agent which can be used for discharging a sewage after modifying it to a sewage of good safety and having high biodegradability with a great reduction of the cost for sewage treatment, by admixing an oil-emulsifying agent which can remove an oil in a sewage accumulated in a grease trap, a deodorant which can deodorize generated malodor promptly, bacteria and the like, and oxygen. SOLUTION: Concretely an oil-emulsifying agent comprises a surfactant, an inorganic substance (silicates) and glycols, and a deodorant comprises vegetable extracts containing terpenic substances. Usually, an oil-emulsifying agent comprising 10 to 60% of a surfactant, 5 to 30% of an inorganic substance (silicates) and 10 to 50% of glycols, and a deodorant containing 2 to 20% of vegetable extracts containing terpenic substances, and 2 to 20% of bacteria and oxygen are admixed for use. This deodorizing and deterging agent is used for treating the sewage accumulated in a grease trap which is installed in an eating house wherein oils are used very frequently, such as a restaurant, especially a chinese restaurant, or the like.</p> |
