The radiator securing means has a plate (14), which can be supported or suspended on a wall dowel, and a counter-piece (26) which has supporting surfaces (34) or supporting edges for two neighbouring radiator pipes or ribs, said plate and said counter-piece also having in each case a cutout (16, 42) for a screw (44). By means of this screw (44), the plate (14) and the counter-piece (26) are clamped, from different sides, against the radiator pipes or ribs. The counter-piece (26) has two jaws, exhibiting legs (32) connected to each other by a bridge (40), and can be pushed through the cutout (16) in the plate (14) to such an extent that the bridge (40) is arranged on one side of the plate (14) and the jaws are arranged on the other side thereof. The bridge (40) has a hole (42) for the screw (44) and is supported on the plate (14) via a shim (48) which is pushed in between and is likewise provided with a hole (50) for the screw (44). The jaws receive a portion of the screw (44), with spreading element (46) arranged thereon, between them and, by tightening the screw (44), can be spread apart from each other against the neighbouring radiator pipes or ribs. A securing means of this type is suitable for radiators of different construction types and sizes and can be fastened easily. <IMAGE> |
