PURPOSE:To improve adhesion to a plastic base material and a top coat coating film by incorporating an aq. product of an olefin resin and a urethane resin as vehicle ingredients. CONSTITUTION:An olefin resin (a) with a number-average mol.wt. of 3,000-50,000 which is a polymer wherein an olefin monomer and/or a diene monomer are essential monomer ingredients and a urethane resin (b) with a number-average mol.wt. of 10,000-100,000 which is a urethane prepolymer obtd. by reacting an ingredient (i) contg. 2 or more active hydrogen atoms on average in the molecule with a polyisocyanate ingredient (ii) or a urethan polymer obtd. by reacting a prepolymer obtd. by reacting the ingredients (i) and (ii) with an ingredient for a chain extender (iii) are mixed. Then, a surfactant and/or a neutralizing agent (c) are added thereto and dispersed in water to obtain a vehicle ingredient with a mean particle diameter of 0.001-5mum which is an aq. product of the ingredients (a) and (b). The ingredient and, if necessary, a coloring pigment, an extender pigment, a coating surface modifier, an anti-blistering agent, a plasticizer, etc., are compounded. |
