The apparatus comprises a liquid reservoir 1, a filling pump 2 and evacuating pump 3 both driven by a motor 4 under the control of an electric control system 5 is a portable unit, and control valves in an independentlyportable box 7 connected to the system 5 by hoses and control leads 6. The box 7 houses a time- and pressure-dependent valve and a pressure-dependent valve in the lines between a charging head 8 and the pump 3 and pump 2 respectively. |
