FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic machine has case 1 with supporting cover 2, cylinder block 3 revolving relative to 0-0 axis and communicating through distributor ports 4,5,13, and 14 with working fluid inlet and outlet ducts 7 and 8, respectively, as well as shaft 9 carrying disk 10 and adjusting pin 12 that comes in mesh with distributor. The latter is built up of distributing lens 19 and swivel shell 20; ducts 7 and 8 have respective sleeves 21 and 22 spherically terminated in case 1 and at the same time secured in distributor swivel shell 20 whose side surface 23 holds control pin 17 engageable with mechanism 18 adjusting angle of inclination of cylinder block 3 on side surface 31 of case 1. Sleeves 21 and 22 ensure flow of working fluid over ducts of distributor swivel shell 20 to ducts of hydraulic machine case 1. Mechanical design of sleeves 21 and 22 is simplified and their spherical termination ensures desired mobility and tightness in operation. Adjusting pin arranged on side surface 23 of distributor shell 20 provides for reducing working stroke of adjusting mechanism 18. EFFECT: simplified design and reduced size of machine. 2 dwg |
