FIELD: mining, chemical and other industries; hydraulic separation and concentration of hydraulic mixtures of grainy materials with removing of slimy and muddy admixtures. SUBSTANCE: classifier has cylindrical housing accommodating intake-separation and classifying chambers, working water distributors and inlet branch pipes. Intake-separation and classifying chambers are made in form of cylindrical-and-conical reservoirs with drain chambers fitted one over the other. Drain chamber of above-fitted cylindrical-and-conical reservoir is connected by drain and inlet branch pipes with cylindrical-and-conical reservoir installed below. Each cylindrical-and-conical reservoir has coaxial concentric surfaces of right and back taper. Water feed nozzles are arranged between right and back taper concentric surfaces over perimeter of reservoir. Additional supply of water is provided along periphery radial-and-ring pipes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation of hydraulic mixtures and improved quality of concentrates thus received. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
