SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new clavulanic acid diamine salts of the formulas (IIa, IIb) where R<SB>1</SB> and R<SB>2</SB> each means (C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>4</SB>)-alkyl group or they bound each with other to form piperidino-group or morpholino-group; R<SB>3</SB> and R<SB>4</SB> each means (C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>4</SB>)-alkyl group or they bound each with other to form piperidino-group; X means hydrogen atom or hydroxy-group; m and n each independently = 0-5. Compounds of the formula (IIa, IIb) are synthesized by interaction of clavulanic acid with diamine of the formula (III) in an organic solvent.
