FUEL INJECTION DRIVE FOR AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

Internal combustion engine having a fuel system for injecting pressurised gas in liquid condition. After shut-off of the engine leaking of the injection valve might result in entering of vaporised gas in the combustion space decreasing starting properties because of enriched mixture. To prevent leaking of gas through the injecting or metering valve a shut valve is placed downstream of the metering valve.
