Adenosine-5'-phosphate which is produced by reacting adenosine-5'-phosporic acid with organic base e.g. diethylamine is acylated with e.g. acid anhydride and opt. desalted or salt-exchanged to give adenosine-5'-phosphoric acid deriv. (I) or its salts. (where R' is H or acyl; R' is acyl; M is H, metal, or organic base residue). (I) is used as drug for circulatory organs or inter. of the above drug.
