<p>The projector has three CRT's each with a lens system. Central axes of the three tubes converge. Each CRT has an electron gun and a target anode provided with a protective layer emitting red, green and blue light. A mirror is placed before the anode, with a hole for the electron beam passage. It reflects the light to outside the evacuated envelope. the mirror and the target are held on a common support resting in correct position on the envelope through at least three elastic strips. The tube envelope is closed by a front glass plate, and a correcting lens for light rays is mounted outside the envelope. The front glass plate (50) and the ends of the elastic elements are fused by a glass connection with the other parts of the CRT envelope.</p> |
