An element is adjustable by a hydraulic motor which is controlled with the aid of an implement valve. There is a feed and return line for hydraulic fluid between the valve and the hydraulic motor. There is a non-return valve (26, 27) in each feed and return line (2, 4, 3, 5) and these are combined in a housing (8). Each non-return valve (26, 27) has an operating component 38, 38') for its opening. A switch piston (40) can move in a cylinder chamber (39) in the housing (8) between the two operating components. Both faces of the piston are acted upon by the arriving or leaving hydraulic fluid and the piston acts on the operating component of the non-return valve (26, 27) lying in the return line.
