A nozzle for feeding a mixt. of thermosetting plastics and hardener from a mixing chamber with separate feed lines has beam channels (14) extending from the chamber with a dia. (b) of 0.5-1.5 mm and axially convergent at an angle (~a) of 70-140 deg towards a point outside the nozzle. Also claimed is the method of feeding a mixt. through the nozzle, the mixt. having a viscosity of 150-75,000 cP and being discharged under a pressure of 75-100 bar. Each channel exits perpendicular to a respective planar surface (13), with the surfaces at a mutual angle of 70-140 deg , and the channel outlets spaced by 2-5 mm. |
