The prefabricated building is manufactured and erected in general 4ft wide modules. Floor panels (14) are 4ft wide and half the building width in length. 4ft wide by room height steel framed wall panels (12) or multiples and sub-multiples include fitted windows and doors. Trusses (10) are seated on brackets supported by load bearing side members of abutting wall panels. All parts are factory manufactured for easy-to-fit accuracy. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services are installed at factory, and all panels and roofing are fully insulated. Floor rails are provided and located for receiving partition wall panels. |
