Extruded profile tube for goal frame structure - has sliding anchor blocks along recessed surface for net hook installation

The support structure for a football goal is made from extruded profile tube (1). The cross section of the tube is basically circular. It has two opposite internal reinforcing webs, and at an angle of 90 deg. to it, a stepped longitudinal groove (2, 5). The inner groove (2) which is provided for the slide fit location for anchor blocks (3) has two overlapping rims in order to retain the blocks (3) in a radial direction. Each anchor block (3) has a screw hole for ring hook location. When the anchor bolts with the ring hooks are installed on the goal bar and the goal posts, the net is attached to the hooks.
