(1)-Fluoro-(2)-haloalkyl ester amides of (thio)phosphorus acids - active as insecticides, acaricides and nematocides

Phosphorus acid ester amides of formula (I) are new (where R and R1 are H, alkyl opt. substd. by halo; or CN; or R and R1 together with the attached N atom form a heterocyclic ring opt. interrupted by other heteroatoms; R2 is the group -NRR1, alkoxy, haloalkoxy or alkyl; hal is Cl or Br; X is O or S). (I) are insecticides, acaricides and nematocides with low toxicity to man and animals. A typical cpd., O-(1-fluoro-2-chloroethyl) phosphoro-dimorpholide, was prepd. in 70% yield by reaction of morpholine with O-(1-fluoro-2-chloroethyl) phosporo-dichloride in benzene.
