PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a bathroom door capable of locking the door even in a state of an electric code drawn into the both room from the outside of the bath room. SOLUTION: A locking device comprises a latch 7 and a receiver 12 of a fitting 10. The latch 7 is formed by mounting a fitting 2 to a frame W of a sliding door T. The receiver 12 is mounted at a pole P side. An axial length of the latch 7 when a knob 8 of the latch 7 is locked on the receiver 12 is determined so that an interval H between the frame W of the slide door T and the pole P is larger than a diameter of a protective cover K of the electric code C.
