PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tiles from being easily peeled by forming a base on the back faces of the tiles with hardening adhesives backed in common, and forming joints with a hardening adhesive filled between the tiles. SOLUTION: A plurality of tiles 2, 2 are reversely arranged at the prescribed intervals S, and hardening adhesives 4, 4 are continuously applied on the back faces of the tiles 2. After the adhesives 4 are dried and hardened, a hardening adhesive 8 is filled between the tiles 2 from the surface side of the tiles 2 and is dried and hardened. A base 1 and joints are formed by the adhesives 4 and the adhesive 8, and the tiles 2 are not easily peeled from the base 1 of a tile panel. A polyester adhesive which is a mixture of a resin and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide is preferably used for the adhesive 4, and a mixture of an epoxy resin base material and polyamine is preferably used for the adhesive 8.
