PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the biological growing environment by arranging galvanized iron wire gabions specified in dimension and using number on a braided fagot of willow laid on a slope, and filling gravel therein. SOLUTION: A braided fagot 3 formed by braiding a willow with a twin rope in screen form is laid over the upper surface of the slope 2 of a revetment construction 1, galvanized iron wire gabions 4 are arranged thereon, and gravel 5 is filled therein. The gabion 4 has a mesh of about 5 cm and a diameter of about 45 cm, and the using number per 1 m is set to 2. As the gravel 5, a sieved one is used. The willow roots and gets in planted state, and the gabions 4 are protected by the growth of the root and branches and leaves. Accordingly, since insects are parasitic on the willow, the growing environment for small fishes can be fermented. Further, since the generally existing gravel or crushed stone is usable instead of a filling stone material such as cobblestone, the use of a concrete filling stone material forbidden to the natural environment can be avoided, and since the manufacture and assembling are facilitated, the cost can be reduced.
