PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide indoor space by fitting a plurality of connecting tools protruded to the outdoor side to a structural body, fitting transoms between a plurality of connecting tools, fitting exterior materials between the transoms, and connecting the exterior materials with suspension members. SOLUTION: A pair of L-shaped brackets 13 are fixed to the inverse L-shaped steel frame 12 of a slab 11 by bolts 8, the lower section 1a of an upper mullion 1 is fixed between the brackets 13 by a bolt 14, and the upper section 1b of a lower mullion 1 is fixed by a bolt 15. A fitting plate 16 is welded to the upper section 1b of the lower mullion 1, an adjusting bolt 17 is fitted to it, a fitting plate 19 is welded to the lower section 1a of the upper mullion 1, and a connecting tool protruded to the outdoor side and made of steel is fitted by bolts 20. The flat plate section 3b of the connecting tool 3 is inserted into the hollow section 5a of a transom 5 suspended between the mullions 1 and made of steel or aluminum, then a plurality of transoms 5 are connected by suspension rods 23 made of stainless steel, and a glass 7 is fitted. The deflection of the transom 5 is suppressed, and the transom 5 is prevented from becoming deficient in strength.
