PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel connecting part structure and a wall panel building-up method facilitating site work execution so as to enable one worker to perform an attaching work alone and to shorten the work execution time. SOLUTION: Two wall panels 5, 5 are connected by a connecting member 40 at an opening angle set to the specified value. The connecting member 40 comprises a hinge member 41 formed of a flexible member fitted across the ends of both wall panels 5, 5 so that two wall panels 5, 5 are rotatable, and angle regulating members 42, 42 provided at the hinge member 41 to regulate the rotating angle of the hinge member 41. At least the hinge member 41 has the same height as the height of the wall panels 5, 5. The hinge member 41 and angle regulating members 42 of the connecting member 40 are formed of an integral plastic molding extrusion-molded.
