PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underpants for physical care hardly having the appearance of putting on any diaper, allowed to be agreeably taken on like normal underwear and easy in the replacement of a diaper pad. SOLUTION: The underpants comprise: an underpants body A obtained by seaming the upper end of a cylindrical body 1 with elastic waist bands 3 and 5, by cutting the body 1 along the right-and-left side lines and by detachably fixing the front and back sections of the body 1 to each in each cut end via fixing means 9 and 10; and a strechable and air-permeable diaper-supporting belt B disposed on the inner surface of the underpants body A.
