PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene tetrafluoride resin-silicone resin mixture coating having high water repellency, excellent snow adhesion resistance and excellent ice adhesion resistance, when not containing the powder of a fluororesin in a large amount, and not deteriorating the water repellency, even when immersed in water for a long period, and to provide a coating film. SOLUTION: This ethylene tetrafluoride resin-silicone resin mixture coating comprises a silicone resin binder, an organic solvent comprising an aromatic solvent, an aliphatic solvent or their mixture, and the powder of an ethylene tetrafluoride resin that the ratio of the strength of a peak near to 1,800 cm-1 showing a carbonyl group existing as a terminal group to the strength of a peak near to 500 cm-1 showing C-F bonds is <=0.05 in an IR light absorption spectrum.
