Sorting machine for mixed metal and non-metal bottle caps - uses sensor devices actuating air pressure nozzles, after use of vibrator

Sorting machine to separate used bottle and jae caps mixed together and including both metallic and different coloured non-metallic caps. The machine includes a 'U' shaped collecting channel connected to a pipe to convey the mixed closure material and with several 'U' shaped separating channels adjoining the collecting channel and having a connection with corresponding containers for the sorted closure material. The collecting channel is mounted on vibrators in order to move the material and to provide a shaking movement. The separating channels are equipped with sensor devices and air pressure nozzles which correspond to different materials and colours. The pressure nozzles are actuated by the sensors when the closure material identified by the sensors passes them in order to divert it from the separating channel into branch pipes positioned opposite to the pressure nozzles.
