PURPOSE: An integrated cooling device and a cooling/heating device cooling coolant by water/air cooling methods are provided. CONSTITUTION: A coolant is cooled by passing through a coolant compressor(2) and a coolant pipe(4) for water cooling and condensing, liquefied by being cooled by an air cooling method while passing through a coolant pipe(6b) for air cooling and condensing on the lower part of an evaporator, gasified by passing through an expansion valve and a coolant pipe(6a) for evaporation on the upper part of the evaporator, and then recovered to the coolant compressor via a recovery pipe(8). The air sucked from a suction hole(9) passes an air cooling condensing part(5b) on the lower part of the evaporator, an air passage(10), and then an evaporating part(5a), and vented via a vent hole(11). Herein, the moisture contained in the air is condensed and liquefied by bumping against a cooling fin of the evaporating part. The condensate water flows to the air-cooling condensing part via the cooling fin, and evaporated at the air-cooling condensing part or collected in a water spout(14) temporarily. The condensate water overflows the water spout is stored in a condensate water storage tank(1). The water overflows the storage tank is discharged out via a drain pipe(16). |
