PURPOSE: A particle used for a light transmission variable window according to an electric field is provided which increase a degree of clearness, preserves color, prevents mass and improves variation of transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A particle used for a light transmission variable window according to an electric field is prepared by a reaction of polyiodine and a chelate compound of transition metal selected from nickel acetate tetra hydrates, cobalt acetate tetra hydrates, copper acetate hydrates and nickel chloride hydrates, and picolinic acids which are organic substances having a ligand containing nitrogen.
