PURPOSE:To provide a control device to improve treatment effect through making change of flow of waste through a waste water pump little in either case of ordinary fine weather or heavy rain weather by controlling start and stop of the waste water pump and a rain water pump with a command value of exhaust volume assigned by a function of the exhaust volume command value of a pump well water level.
