摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a health food using Carthamus tinctorius seeds is provided, to use useful medicinal substances by mixing powder made from bamboo salt and improved fermented soybeans with Carthamus tinctorius seeds. CONSTITUTION: Improved fermented soybeans are prepared by boiling and fermenting soybeans at 25deg.C for 48 hours with the humidity 33%(1). A predetermined amount of sulfur is mixed and fed to a duck for 12 months(2). Sea salt is filled in a bamboo joint and burned 8 times with pine tree firewood. The salt is melted by heating resin at a ninth burning(3). The duck removed fur and droppings is seasoned with the bamboo salt and boiled in water. The fermented soybean, elm root skin and garlic are mixed to manufacture soy sauce(4). Malt is added to the raw ingredient of soy sauce and dried for 2-3 days to concentrate and to powder(5). Carthamus tinctorius seeds are lightly roasted at 180deg.C for 2 minutes. The roasted seeds are powdered and dried(6). The powdered soy sauce 10% is mixed with the Carthamus tinctorius seed powder 90%(7).
