1524417 Cementing copper from aqueous solution INCO Ltd 30 July 1976 [5 Aug 1975] 31764/76 Heading C1A [Also in Division C7] Copper is cemented out of an aqueous solution by means of nickel matte by leaching 15-60% of the nickel from the matte by reaction of a slurry of the matte in an aqueous solution containing copper ions.with gaseous chlorine or oxygen and contacting the resultant partially leached matte with the solution from which copper is to be cemented.
