PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic capacitor with a high withstand voltage. SOLUTION: In a ceramic capacitor (1), a dielectric layer (3) that is composed by a dielectric ceramic composition, and internal electrodes (5) that are formed while the dielectric layer (3) is held between the internal electrodes are provided, the dielectric ceramic composition is composed by a dielectric ceramic particle, and the ceramic particle includes a ceramic sintering body that is composed of a core part (53), and a shell part (55) that composes the outer shell part of the core part (53) and at the same time is made of a dielectric having a relative dielectric constant that is lower than that of the core. In this case, the core (53) is partially exposed from the shell (55). The core (53) has the particle that is partially exposed, thus keeping ceramic to be thick without reducing capacitance, and hence keeping the withstand voltage of the ceramic capacitor to be high. |
