PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reproduce data having been ciphered. SOLUTION: A data distribution system includes a vendor terminal 200 which stores deciphering information for deciphering the ciphered data and a user terminal 300 which deciphers the ciphered data by using a memory card 500 where the ciphered data and deciphering information are written by the vendor terminal 200 and displays data that a user can recognize. The vendor terminal 200 includes an input means through which the user inputs reproduction conditions, a writing means for writing the data to the memory card 500, and a control means which controls the writing means so that reproduction permission information corresponding to the reproduction conditions inputted from the input means, the ciphered data, and deciphering information are written to the memory card 500 on condition that charging processing is completed. |
